GREG VENDETTI TO HEADLINE THE NIGHT, AS THE MAIN EVENT. VENDETTI FACES OFF AGAINST TOUGH OPPONENT RYAN DAVIS.

Boston, MA - Murphys Boxing announces it's latest installment taking place Saturday May 20th at Melrose Memorial Hall in Melrose Ma. Murphys Boxing is pleased to be returning to the fine city of Melrose, MA, and with a stacked card that's sure to deliver, and there 6th time at the always popular Melrose Memorial Hall venue.
Headlining the night will be Stoneham natives Greg Vendetti, who will be the main event. Vendetti will be squaring up against Ryan Davis, who comes to us from St. Louis, MO. Vendetti returns to the ring, where he last stepped in against Ayi Bruce, at the yearly House of Blues Saint Patricks Day show. Vendetti is sure to bring the stopping power with 8 rounds in the Jr. Middleweight division.
Another of Murphys Boxings very own, Michael McLaughlin, is scheduled to fight Michael Clark in an 8 round Welterweight division. Frequent occupier of Murphys Boxing shows, Clarke had one of his most exciting matches of his career against our very own Carlos Candelario, before the bout was cut short due to Clarke suffering a broken hand. McLaughlin steps back in the ring for the second time this year, after coming up short, but having an extremely impressive bout, against Danny O' Connor.
Celtic Warrior Ray Moylette will be stepping in the ring against Bryan Abraham, Moylette, who made his American pro debut only weeks ago, has already gained an impressive fan following, and proves to be one of the top new fighters to keep an eye on.
Making their pro debuts against each other, and coming from Sommerville, Ma, Iro Yourgo debuts against Amadeu Almeida from Framingham, MA. Other matches include 6 round Jr. Middleweights Bernard Roe against Antonio Chavez Fernandez, and Dominic Monzione faces off against Josue Rivera in the Jr. Welterweight division.
