Headlining the already near sold out event will be New Haven, Connecticut's Charles Foster (19-0, 8 KOs). Foster, the current NABA Light Heavyweight Champion will defend his title against Mexico's Manuel Ceballos (17-2, 11 KOs) in a 10 round bout.

After last month's sold out Murphys Boxing's debut at Encore Boston Harbor, the brand new 2.6 billion dollar resort casino located on Boston's waterfront, another capacity crowd watched NABA Super Featherweight Champion, Abraham Nova (16-0, 12 KOs) stop Mexico's Luis Castillo (20-4, 15 KOs) in the first round of a scheduled 10 round title fight.
After a tentative first round that saw both fighters land combinations, with just seconds left in the opening stanza, Nova sent Castillo to the ropes with a hard jab and then dropped the Mexican fighter with a textbook jab and cross. Castillo was hurt badly and could not beat the ten count.
"It was much shorter fight than I expected but I don't get paid for overtime so... I'm ok with it.", laughed Nova, the flashy young contender who is now ranked #6 in the world by the WBA.

In a special matinee outdoor event at MGM Springfield presented by Murphys Boxing and broadcast live on UFC Fight Pass, Charles Foster (19-0, 9 KOs) defended his NABA Light Heavyweight Championship against Denis Grachev (19-8-1, 10 KOs) winning a 10 round unanimous decision.
Foster, who is currently ranked #8 in the world by the WBA, outboxed the game Russian from the start, using his superior speed and ring generalship to win by scores of 100-90, 97-93 and 97-91.
To Grachev's credit, he came forward the entire fight looking for an opportunity but he could never land more than one punch at a time and found himself walking into Foster's combinations.

Nova, who is currently ranked #10 in the WBA's super featherweight world rankings, put on a near perfect performance in front of a packed crowd of 'Super' supporters. After a tentative first round from both fighters, Nova found his range midway through the second and exploded on Lozano.
